PDFY Pro

Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 October 2026 · English version

PDFY Pro processes your PDFs on your device. Local editing does not upload or track your files. Choosing “Save to Cloud” explicitly uploads the result to your private library.

1. Using PDFY Pro

PDFY Pro provides browser-based PDF utilities and optional account storage. These terms are a launch template: operator details and applicable jurisdiction must be completed and reviewed before public launch. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling.

2. Your documents and copyright

You retain ownership of your documents. You must own or have permission to process, upload and share them. Do not use PDFY Pro to infringe copyright, distribute unlawful content or bypass access restrictions without authorization. Unlocking is intended for documents you are authorized to access. PDFY Pro does not acquire ownership of files you edit.

3. Accounts and cloud storage

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and use accurate account information. Files are uploaded only when you choose “Save to Cloud.” You authorize storage of those files to provide your library. Keep your own backups; storage is subject to capacity limits and service availability. You can delete individual saved files from the library.

4. Results and limitations

Review every result before relying on it. Compression may turn pages into images and remove selectable text. Editing can affect layout, accessibility, annotations or existing digital signatures. PDFY Pro is not a qualified electronic-signature, legal-advice or archival service. No promise is made that every PDF format will work.

5. Responsible use

Do not disrupt the service, misuse support forms, attempt unauthorized account access or upload malicious material. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address abuse or security risks, subject to applicable law.

6. Availability and liability

PDFY Pro is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Keep original copies of important documents.

7. Contact and changes

Use Contact Us for support, copyright concerns or questions. Do not attach private PDFs to a report. Material changes will be reflected in this page’s update date. The operator must specify governing law and contact details before launch without limiting any mandatory rights in your jurisdiction.
